The existing-conditions plan: wall thicknesses drawn in two line weights, door swings sweeping their arcs, window openings dimensioned to the sill, ceiling heights noted in each room. One clean sheet, ready for a kitchen reno or a basement finish.
Built for porch, deck and small-addition permits. The floor plan, plus front, rear and both side elevations drawn from your photos, with the tape’s yellow blade in each frame to pin down scale. Rooflines, siding breaks and grade lines get their own weights.
